QSR chain Popeye's has launched what's being touted as the UK's first grilled chicken breakfast menu option alongside a duo of other new items in its growing breakfast menu.
The US fast food chain has made it possible for customers at selected Popeye's restaurants to switch out bacon or sausage in their breakfast order for herb-flavoured chicken sausage - available in the breakfast roll, the Big Cajun Roll, or one of the brand new wraps.
These new wraps include both the Big Brekkie Wrap and the Big Cajun Wrap, with a sausage patty, two eggs, streaky bacon, melted American cheese and a hash brown, wrapped in a soft toasted tortilla. The Cajun Wrap also features a Cajun Hash Brown and Cajun Ketchup, rather than the traditional hash brown and Heinz Ketchup or HP Sauce in the Big Brekkie option.
The new chicken breakfast option is available at the following participating restaurants - Ealing, Ilford, Leicester, Romford, Walthamstow and Wembley.
