Schwartz and McCormick Flavour Forecast 2014

McCormick, a global leader in flavour and parent company to the UK's leading herbs and spices brand, Schwartz, will mark its 125th year as a food industry innovator with the unveiling of its Flavour Forecast® 2014: 125th Anniversary Edition, which kick starts the Flavour of Together programme, a yearlong celebration of the tastes that bring us together.

The report, developed annually by Schwartz and McCormick experts around the world, highlights five top food trends and more than a dozen emerging flavours predicted to impact the way we eat in the coming years. First launched in the US in 2000 and in the UK since 2008, this anniversary edition explores how today's unparalleled connectivity is driving faster-than-ever adoption of new trends and tastes around the globe.

In February 2014 Schwartz will introduced a new addition to the Grill Mates range, Brazilian BBQ. With the World Cup taking place in Brazil in 2014, this delicious marinade mix, including smoky paprika, warming cumin and zesty lime has been designed to bring carnival like flavours to the barbecue during this period.
