Following the opening of sandwich shop chain Pret a Manger's first all-vegetarian location in Soho, London, last year, the now international brand has opened a second Veggie Pret in the UK's capital following an increasing trend in the specialist diet.
Unlike the first location which opened as a pop-up before taking a long-term position due to popular demand, the new location will be permanent from the get-go, and will be located on Great Eastern Street in Shoreditch – already a vegan and vegetarian hot spot.
The menu is one hundred percent vegan and vegetarian, featuring snacks such as Vegan Mac'n'Greens, Cauli & Turmeric Super-Veg Salad, Dairy Free Chocolate Chia Pot and much more for your breakfast and lunch needs.
The opening is another nod towards the increasing demand for specialist diet restaurants and cafes - both for those with dietary needs and those who are just adopting the diet for a healthier lifestyle.
