Electronics giant Sony has confirmed its intentions to develop a system of artificial intelligence which shall seek to further how the world's population choose to cook and consumer their food.
The in-house division of the company shall operate from Japan, Europe and the United States of America, with the broader development work focusing upon more foundational aspects of artificial intelligence too.
With much discussion in recent years as to the battle between technology's ability to replicate dishes and chef's traditional artistic talents to invite recipes rapidly, there has long been a quandary as to where such artificial intelligence could most benefit the cooking and dining process.
Whether it becomes possible to realise the human experience of taste and smell to create a dish or simply introducing further robotics into the household cooking process, the ongoing investigation of artificial technology's use in the culinary world remains a story worth following.,
