For the second consecutive year, Sweet Street Dessert Festival will grace The Grand Ballroom at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney, as award-winning dessert chef Anna Polyviou converts three rooms into a street-style festival dedicated to desserts.
Famous for creations such as her graffiti-inspired carrot cake on Australia's MasterChef – something that can be found in the Lobby Lounge of the Shangri-La Hotel – Polyviou will once again showcase an array of sweet delights for all to share.
Taking place on Wednesday 8th July from 6.30, she will be joined by an array of names from sweet-toothed names from Down Under including Adriano Zumbo, Gelato Messina, LuxBite, Cacao, Kirsten Tibbals, N2 Extreme Gelato, Black Star Pastry and Andy Bowden.
Expect food stalls, entertainment, including graffiti artist Sid Tapia and a highly anticipated collaboration between Polyviou and Gelato Messina.
Tickets can be found here, and include eight tokens, which visitors can redeem at any stall.
