The team behind the popular London restaurant Fallow, based in St James's Market near Picadilly Circus, have launched a new pop-up chicken restaurant called Fowl. The new eatery sits inline with Fallow being no/low waste in its operations and as such offers a menu that's based upon beak to feet dining.
Chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft, together with chairman James Robson, have designed a wholly chicken-based menu which features dishes such as Chicken liver parfait, black cherries, sourdough soldiers; a Triple crisp chicken fillet bun with cheese sauce; and Cornbread, chicken and herb butter. The desert menu follows suit too with a chicken fat crème caramel on offer.
All of the chicken sourced by the restaurant is pasture-raised and soy-free, working with The Ethical Butcher and Rare Breed Meats as suppliers.
Alongside the main menu, Fowl will also be offering up a series of limited time only dishes from other top chefs, kicking off with Pierre Koffman and his Chicken Leg Corn Dog and 'La Grande Coque Pie'!
Fowl opens its doors tomorrow, 3rd October, on Norris Street - just a step away from its sister restaurant Fallow., taking walk-ins only.
