Texas de Brazil Churrascaria, the largest Brazilian-American steakhouse chain in the world, has opened its doors in Yas Mall, bringing the unique rodizio-style dining concept for the first time to Abu Dhabi. The restaurant's menu combines the cuisine and culture of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas, for an unparalleled dining experience.
Texas de Brazil treats guests to an upscale, continuous dining experience and a service style that is alive and theatrical. Dinner begins at the enticing 50-item salad area featuring Brazilian specialties, fresh salads, imported cheeses, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, smoked salmon and creamy lobster bisque. Renowned for its genuine rodizio-style dining, patrons are also treated to freshly-grilled meats carved tableside from skewers by "gauchos" who deliver succulent lamb chops, leg of lamb, picanha, fillet mignon, chicken, Brazilian sausages and more.
Diners pace their feasting with a simple green or red disk that indicates when they're ready to welcome additional servings. Every Texas de Brazil restaurant uses the time-honored method of grilling meat over charcoal, resulting in savory aroma and exceptional flavour. Texas de Brazil also offers a variety of beverages and decadent desserts from the à la carte menu, which includes a selection of specialty mocktails, to further enhance the dining experience.
