tfp Trends Event Menu Announced

Our 2018 Trends Event, taking place on 13th November at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London, has already sold out by hugely popular demand, and we're pleased to now present the menu that will be teasing the taste buds on the day, as delivered by the team from Lush by Tom Kerridge & The Hand and Flowers.

The menu, aligned with the whole event, follows the latest industry trends as as such is all about bowl food. More than half the menu is vegetarian, with a good proportion of that vegan too. It's a show from Tom Kerridge on what you can do with meat-free allergen-free ingredients.

Corish crab salad, smoked eel, green apple, avocado, lovage and crisp chicken skin
Crispy cauliflower taco pickled and raw cauliflower, caramelised cauliflower and raisin puree
Pigs head fritter, date brown sauce, celeriac remoulade and pork puff
Mushroom 'pasty', toasted oak & mushroom gravy and truffle
Coconut and lime rice pudding, mango sorbet and frosted pistachio

Further alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served throughout the day. Be prepared to take in all the flavours, smells, sights and sounds the day has to offer.
