London's popular Dorchester Hotel has relocated its bar to the rooftop once again in time for spring bringing a spectacular terrace in the capital. Hyde Park is now the backdrop for your sunset cocktails as you look out onto London's skyline.
The drinks on offer capture the wonders of spring through a clever play of flavours and seasonal ingredients, with bartenders and mixologists taking inspiration from iconic works of art, songs and poems to create their own unique masterpieces. Cocktails include:
