There's not long left to wait now until the hugely popular KERB street food markets are back in the capital, as Kings Cross and West India Quay ready themselves for the 1st April, with both KX and WIQ markets to take up the all-important Wed-Fri slots. This is when the eating and enjoyment of open-air city eating really comes into its own and don't we all know it!
Order will once more be restored on the kerbs of at least two great London landmarks and KERB traders can unleash all that magic they've been cooking up over the winter.
Look out for KERB favourites Mother Clucker slaying the fried chicken thing and see what magic Pokē's Hawaiian research has resulted in. Will Allihopa rival their smoked fish finger bagels with an even more sensational sandwich? And let us count the ways that Blu-Top can continue to reinvent that other classic, the ice cream sandwich.
Always concocting, always doing it properly, KERB and its traders can't wait to get back to doing what they do best.
