We launched The TFP Foundation back in November 2020 as a charitable embodiment of our purpose - to use food as a force for good by supporting food, health and education in children and young people. 50 - countries within the tfp community. Our network continues to grow internationally, expanding our insight into global trends and the movers and shakers in all corners of the world.
69 - keynote presentations delivered. Including several talks at The International Food and Drink Event, Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Event - both part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, plus many others.
230 - copies of our latest e-book sold. We update our e-book annually to include the latest year of trends, now spanning 17 years. In 2023 we featured another collection of exciting and insightful speakers on our ICW series including Chef, Restaurateur, Author and TV Presenter Julie Lin; Stu Macdonald, Founder of ManiLife; Mitch Tonks, Restaurateur & Fishmonger; and many more. 2,023 - hours of Trend Summit footage watched ... so far! We'll be introducing all of the conversations from our latest annual Food & Beverage Trend Summit, held in November, on YouTube this month.
