Chef Tom Kerridge has launched his first-ever retail food product collection, elevated takes on classic British dishes, in collaboration with supermarket Marks and Spencer, with Gastropub x Tom Kerridge.
Two icons of the British food industry, Kerridge and M&S have developed an exclusive collection of dishes based on recipes developed in Tom's award-winning kitchens and prepared using professional chef's techniques.
"The Gastropub x Tom Kerridge range is based on the principles I use in my restaurants," explained Kerridge, "and all the dishes are ingredient-led. How long and involved the process was really surprised me, as well as how many people it takes to produce the ultimate dish. The level of care, attention, enthusiasm and pride that the team at M&S puts into this is massive, which matches my food ethos."
The Dine In range is designed for those looking for a home cooked meal that brings your favourite gastro pub meals to your dining table. Main meals from the Gastropub x Tom Kerridge include Gastropub British Beef Cheeks, Gastropub British Pork Sausages and Lentil Gravy, Gastropub Lentil Cottage Pie, Gastropub British Chicken Forestiere, Gastropub Chargrilled Chicken, King Prawn and Chorizo Paella, amongst a list of 19 dishes. These follow five starter options, and are paired with a collection of sides, including Brie and Spinach Gratin, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Nocellara Olive and Tomato Focaccia, Triple Cooked Chips and more. Finally, there's a choice of six desserts including Molten Cookie Dough, Treacle Tart, Sticky Toffee Pudding and more.
