Steve was previously the General Manager of Birds Eye UK, the brand leader in UK Frozen Foods, encompassing the Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie's and Goodfella's brands. He has spent over 25 years in the FMCG industry, starting his career at Unilever. Prior to that Steve was Marketing Director, where he led the team that turned around the Birds Eye brand delivering three years of growth and winning the coveted Grocer Gold award in 2019 for best FMCG brand. He is a passionate advocate of sustainable food solutions and has worked with the Marine Stewardship Council for sustainable fishing, the UK Plastics Pact and the Veg Power initiative, which aims at encouraging children to increase their vegetables consumption.
