Those able to visit London's Fenchurch Street shall have the opportunity to sample the latest invention from Wagamama, a grab and go concept store named Mamago, which offers a diverse array of food for those not wishing to sit down during their visit to the popular Asian restaurant chain.
Breakfast options include Yuzu Marmlade and Mandarin Coconut Rice Pots, Multi-grain Coconut Porridge with Brown Rice Syrup and Okonomiyaki Omelettes. As well as Duck Wraps, Tofu Golden Laksa and Cauliflower Katsu Rice Bowls; there is plenty to choose from throughout the day.
Executive Chef, Steven Mangleshot, spoke of the new store: "We have borrowed a few things from Wagamama including Katsu Curry, so you'll see some Katsu dishes done in a Mamago way including, a Katsu chicken wrap, a vegan cauliflower Katsu rice bowl, chicken Katsu rice bowl and naked chicken Katsu salad. All the dishes have been developed with health in mind."
Mamago is now open to customers from breakfast until early evening.
