Under the direction of Michelin-stared Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills' signature dining restaurant and unique rooftop offerings will showcase inspiring and sophisticated culinary experiences.

The concept for the menu and design of the Jean-Georges restaurant at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is currently underway and the new restaurant will be unveiled in 2017 with the hotel's opening.
