Two Michelin starred Welsh restaurant Ynyshir has teamed up with food delivery platform Uber Eats to offer a 10 course tasting menu experience to Londoners this week. Running from 6th December until today - last chance! - chef patron of Ynyshir, Gareth Ward has put together a unique exclusive menu experience for those in London hundreds of miles from the award-winning restaurant.
At £200 the tasting menu is likely to be a fair bit more than your usual Uber Eats delivery, but it will give you a real taste of what Ynyshir's Michelin star food is like without needing to head to Eglwys Fach in the Welsh countryside to experience it first hand.
The menu will include Hot and Sour Crab Soup with a Deep-Fried Bun, BBQ Black Cod with N25 Caviar, A5 Ribeye, and Difference Coffee Blue Mountain Tiramisu. You can also add a wine pairing to your delivery for an additional £50.
The limited time only activation is part of Uber Eats' new Uber Eats Hosts series, which aims to bring some of the world's most renowned restaurants alongside new and exciting culinary talent to your home.
Ynyshir certainly fits the bill for this series having recently been announced as the UK's Best Restaurant 2023 at the National Restaurant Awards.
