Olive oil brand Bertolli has introduced an air fryer-specific olive oil in response to the growing consumer trend of air fryer usage at home. The new product comes in a spray can format.
Since the pandemic, Air Fryer sales and use has skyrocketed, with this hugely versatile, convenient and low-cost cooking method being preferrerd to more traditional ways of cooking. Revenue in the Air Fryers market amounts to US$6.38bn in 2024 according to Statistica, whilst the market is expected to grow annually by 10.16% (CAGR 2024-2029).
