Acclaimed British chef Simon Rogan, the brains behind Cumbria's three Michelin-starred L'Enclume restaurant, is to reopen his Roganic Hong Kong venue at Lee Garden One this December.
Rogan expanded into Asia, opening Roganic HK, an offshoot of his then London restaurant of the same name, in 2019, as well as two branches of his chef's table concept Aulis in Phuket and Hong Kong. Having quickly racked up a Michelin star and Michelin Green Star, Roganic closed a few months ago in September in advance of the move to a new location at Lee Garden One, in Causeway Bay near to where it was previously located.
On the his Instagram, Rogan said: "We're thrilled to announce that @roganichongkong will relocate to Lee Garden One in Causeway Bay next month. We'll open for an exclusive preview period in late December before our official launch in early 2025. Be sure to sign up for priority notifications for your chance to be the first to visit the restaurant during the preview weeks before we officially open next year.
"At the new Roganic in Lee Garden One, we've made some changes to our menu format to ensure that we are continually evolving and staying ahead of dining trends. We'll be stepping away from the traditional tasting menu and will, instead, serve an interactive set menu that features a selection of dishes that are designed to be shared by the entire table.
"The menu will still present our take on city-centric farm-to-table dining but will introduce a little more fun and allow you to decide how your evening unfolds, set your own pace and make the meal your own."
