Take the Cake! London's Giant Cake Picnic is Back
If your perfect picnic involves more sponge than sandwiches, then clear your diary for 5th July.
The Giant Cake Picnic is returning to London, inviting hundreds of amateur bakers to bring along a homemade cake to share. In return, you'll get to sample slices from everyone else's creations, with around 500 cakes expected to be on offer. From classic Victoria sponges to elaborate showstoppers, it's a celebration of all things sweet and a chance to indulge in a truly one-of-a-kind dessert buffet.
Just remember - no cake, no entry... so it's definitely worth getting your bake on!
