Westfield London Launches Competition to Find Next Food Pop-Up

Westfield London has launched a nationwide competition to find its next food pop-up, asking entrepreneurs to apply this month for the chance of being awarded a space in London's new expansion.

Westfield has partnered with Tapas Revolution's chef and founder Omar Allibhoy in the hunt for the next best food entrepreneur, who will sit on an expert judging panel alongside Bloomberg's Chief Food Critic, Richard Vines, London Evening Standard's Consumer Business Editor, Jonathan Prynn and Founder of School of Wok, Jeremy Pang.

From all the applicants, five will be shortlisted to cook in front of the panel, before a decision is made. The eventual winner will also receive 20 hours of mentoring from Omar Allibhoy and the Tapas Revolution team, as well as their own space in the evolving Westfield London space for at least two weeks.
