A Look at our Trends Event 'Conscience Cuisine' inspired menu with Lush Hospitality

For the second consecutive year we're pleased to be collaborating with the expert team at Lush Hospitality on the menu at our annual Trends Event. The team at Lush Hospitality has grown from Tom Kerridge's The Hand and Flowers two Michelin Star Pub, with Executive Chef Kieran Reilly taking over the kitchens at Lindley Halls for us this November.

The team will be cooking up a menu curated by Tom Kerridge, Keiran and ourselves to bring you a trend-led lunch inspired by our 2020+ cuisine era prediction of 'Conscience Cuisine'. Take a look at the following video which covers this trend prediction in depth from our recent Cuisines Fest.

The tasting style menu will be based on bowl food concept with plates including Salt Cod Brandade with Chorizo Spiced Mayonnaise, Pickled Fennel, Manchego and Chives; Baked Potato Risotto with Crisp Potato Skin; and Banana Custard with Cacao Nib and Oat Crumble to pick out just a few of the dishes to be give you a taste of what you're in for.

Our 6th annual food and beverage trends event takes place on Tuesday 12th November 2019 at The Lindley Hall, Royal Horticultural Halls, Westminster. A inspiring day which brings together 350 influencers from across the globe to immerse in the food and beverage trends of the future, as well as featuring the pre-launch of thefoodpeople's brand new trend book for 2020/21.
