The Langham's award winning in-house bar, Artesian has announced a new minimalist cocktail menu which consists of drinks each focused on just two ingredients.
Over the last several months, Artesian's expert and award-winning mixologists have carefully curated a menu consisting of 22 cocktails each made from one carefully selected spirit paired with just one other key flavour, ofter rare ingredients from across the globe.
Unconventional pairings are found between flavours such as Perrier Jouët Grand Brut and cream; Star of Bombay Gin and golden beetroot; Thai Basil Ketel One Vodka and melon liqueur; and St Germain Elderflower Liqueur and red carrot. The exquisite work in making this an extra special menu doesn't stop there, with the physical menu itself is based on a design by artist John Edmark which explores the concept of personal perception and dimensions.
The new menu is available from this week - find out more about Artesian here.
