Following the success of existing restaurants in Cambridge, award-winning vegan restaurant Stem + Glory is opening its flagship London branch this January, bringing its gourmet plant-based food to the exclusive new Bart's Square development.
A bright and contemporary space has a feature acoustic wall, and a chef's table overlooking the busy central open kitchen serving up vegan breakfast, brunch, lunch, evening dining and special tasting menu events.
The menu is contemporary, and accessible, aiming to draw a wide audience from those who are seeking simple and delicious vegan food, alongside those seeking a more gastronomic vegan dining experience.
Louise Palmer-Masterton, Founder of Stem + Glory said: "The backdrop to our success has been the rapid and exponential shift in attitudes towards plant-based cuisine, London has become a European hub for plant-based dining, and we are looking forward to being a part of this exciting movement in the capital."
Stem + Glory Bart's Square will be serving a new menu of breakfast, brunch, fast eat-in and take-away lunch and a new vegan evening dining concept of sharing plates, cocktails and mocktails. There will be a well-stocked vegan bar of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Regular special events and tasting menus are expected to sell out in advance, following the precedent set in Cambridge where seven-course tasting menus are sold out within hours of announcing.
