Popular London restaurant Bob Bob Ricard, known for its 'press for Champagne' buttons for diners, has opened a new sister restaurant in the capital but with a very different focus. The new Bébé Bob restaurant which is set to open this September with just one main course on the menu - rotisserie chicken.
Following in the successful footsteps of the original Bob Bob Ricard, also in London's Soho district, and the brand's second opening in the City, the new concept will feature two opens for your chicken from Chef Director Ben Hobson, the preparation of which differs from two regions in France. Both are served and carved tableside. One commonality between the restaurants in the family is the caviar that will be available, with Baerii, Oscietra and Shrenkii caviar being served up with blinis which are made fresh at the table.
There's no champagne buttons in sight at Bébé Bob but the interiors will be familiar thanks to the use of the same design studio as Bob Bob Ricard. Alongside the main restaurant area, there's also set to be a 12-seater circular bar inside the entrance serving a drinks list to match the setting.
