Chef Clément Chauvin, of Canberra's renowned Les Bistronomes restaurant, has created a celebration of French Mushrooms for Good Food Month 2021. This exclusive six-course set menu is a showcase of a variety of mushrooms and will come with a full description of textures, aroma and locale of the internationally-sourced fungi.
Canberra Good Food Month pays respect to the traditional owners, past and present of the Ngunnawal country.
