One of London's leading Indian fine dining restaurants Gymkhana, part of the JKS Restaurants group, has launched a new range of cooking sauces, marinades, and chutneys - Gymkhana Fine Foods.
The Michelin-starred flavours of Gymkhana can now be enjoyed from your own kitchen at home with the Gymkhana Fine Food's range, allowing consumers to recreate Gymkhana's Butter Chicken and Pork Cheek Vindaloo dishes. This is yet another example of hospitality, and restaurants in particular, diversifying away from just accommodating customers in house. Sticking with the theme of Indian cuisine, we saw Dishoom also adding an at-home range this year too with its crockery collection joining their Bacon Naan Roll kits as items available to purchase and do yourself.
The new Fine Foods range includes four cooking sauces - Butter Masala, Goan Curry, Vindaloo and Rogan Josh, two marinades - Classic Tandoori and Roasted Garlic & Chilli; and two chutneys - Tandoori Onion and Peanut & Sesame.
Indian cuisine has been at the forefront of UK food consumption for many years now and we continue to see increased premiumisation in the category.
