There are creamy tops and cold foams, for those who like a smooth textured finish… Vietnamese banana coffee, for those who want to couple the 'nana with a punchy strong brew and sweet condensed milk… mashups aplenty (e.g. banana bread, banana split and banoffee iced lattes)… and lots of fun flavour pairings to elevate the classic formula; think salted caramel, mocha, peanut butter, strawberry added into the mix. Indeed, some people go one ste4p further by swapping out the coffee element atogether, opting instead for matcha or chai.
