Le Peep Boutique, Mayfair's new restaurant, members' club and cocktail bar recently visited by Suki Waterhouse, Harvey Weinstein and Georgia May Jagger has launched a new tasting menu by leading nutritionist Christian Coates.
Coates, whose clients include Daisy Lowe, the face of American Eagle Outfitters and model and presenter Lisa Snowden, has created a dining experience that is a 21st century twist on traditional Parisian street food.
Together with chefs formerly from the Fat Duck, Duck & Waffle and Northcote Manor, Coates has created Le Peep Boutique's dining menu using locally sourced, organic foods.
Everything is perfectly nutritionally balanced, brought out in seven courses of Parisian-inspired fusion platters, designed to be a gastronomic experience that is healthy at the same time.
Purple potato frites, supergreen arancini and duck a'l'orange served on beetroot granola are three of the dishes created for the restaurant, which opens nightly from 8pm. Le Peep Boutique's dessert speciality is a raw chocolate cookie, made with organic banana and coconut palm sugar.
Behind the hand-crafted bar, built in the style of a 1920s paper theatre, vintage champagne cocktails are served in antique crystal glasses. Members and guests are invited to indulge in a selection box of home-made macaron inspired cocktails, in pistachio, chocolate, rose, citron and almond flavours. Every cocktail is made from fresh, whole ingredients.
In spite of its guilt-free pleasures, the club's design toys with a hint of sin. Architect and designer Nick Leith-Smith, known for his work with Manolo Blahnik, has created an interior full of fantasy and intrigue, inspired by the secret inner world of the 1920s peep show.
Yet for the shy and the famous lured to Le Peep, curtained enclaves offer privacy and discretion. It's no wonder that the club has been a party destination of choice for Marchesa and PPQ in recent weeks, with a committee list including Tom Hardy, David Gandy and Kiera Chaplin.
At Le Peep Boutique the music policy is simple - it's all about the party. Expect the freshest dance music of today and tomorrow mixed with a tribute to old school tunes, as well as surprising and eccentric live music performances.
