Loch Fyne's Biggest Menu Change In 25 Years

Loch Fyne Seafood & Grill is unveiling the biggest menu change in its 25-year history in a bid to make top quality seafood and shellfish more accessible to everyone. The new summer menu, launched this April, is a major shake-up of the restaurant's previous offering with more focus on world flavours, easy-to-eat fish dishes and more non-seafood options.

A new 'in a roll' section boasts a mouth-watering crab and lobster burger with cocktail sauce, a crispy prawn roll with mayonnaise and a fish finger BLT with tartare sauce.

Many Loch Fyne classic mains such as the seafood grill which offers an amazing range of fish and shellfish with sautéed potatoes, spinach and smoked paprika butter, battered cod and chips and grilled Loch Fyne ® langoustine with garlic butter and burnt lime mayonnaise are still available.

Those who do not fancy seafood can choose between delicious 28-day aged rib-eye steak, pressed lamb shoulder and lamb rump with smoked aubergine puree, confit duck leg and many more. Loch Fyne will continue to only use top quality and sustainable, fresh seasonal ingredients.

The restaurant business takes pride in only using sustainably sourced fish and shellfish, much of which still comes from Loch Fyne itself in Scotland and is delivered fresh to each restaurant daily.

Liz Williams, director and general manager at Loch Fyne Seafood & Grill, said: "With our new summer menu we are presenting seafood and shellfish in new ways that can be enjoyed by everyone.

"People who don't want to get their hands dirty can still enjoy the amazing flavours of shellfish like crab or lobster in our burger. For those who don't want fish there is also a selection of wonderful meat and vegetarian dishes.

"We are offering a fantastic range, from more traditional dishes to our 'in a roll' options all for great value, so there is something for everyone to enjoy."
