Love is in the air! Can you feel it? Yes, it's that time of year again, when cupid dusts down his trusty bow and scopes out his targets for an arrow-full of amour.
We certainly caught the love bug, and detailed it all in our Valentine's Day 2025 report.

- Pal-entines – Move over, couples! This year it was all about the gals, pals and besties as platonic relationships shared centre stage. So whether you're single and satisfied, recently exed, or navigating a situationship, Valentine's is still a time to celebrate and spread the collective love!
- Hallo, Mallow – Super gooey, chewy marshmallow emerged as the 'it' format (and texture) of Valentine's '25. Gourmet takes saw handcrafted, dipped and topped offerings sit side-by-side with cookies, croissants, and other confections filled with the fluffy stuff, and flavours ranging from florals to fiery hot cinnamon!
- Aphrodisiac Dining – Amorous, adventurous diners were treated to a little 'pep' in their pasta as operators offered up libido-laced menus full of aphrodisiac ingredients. It's all a bit of fun, of course; though there may be something to it… After all, lots of innovative recent launches in both drinks and confectioner, have promised adaptogen-backed benefits to mind, mood, and more!
