Luigi Bonini, senior vice president, Global Product Innovation for Starbucks, is joining us at this November's Trends Event in London to share the thinking, ideas and concept behind the Starbucks Reserve Roastery just weeks after Europe's first Reserve Roastery opens in Milan.

Prior to joining Starbucks, Luigi gained more than 20 years of experience in product innovation in the food industry with some of the world's most iconic brands.
