Money on Honey, part Droga Chocolates family, has been named winner for Outstanding Chocolate in the Specialty Food Association's 2016 sofi Award competition.

Money on Honey chocolates are made special by the caramel centres being made using wildflower honey rather than corn syrup, using classic copper kettles to cook the caramel to perfection and to give it a unique flavour. Dairy-fresh cream and real butter are blended into the honey for a rich caramel centre before dousing it in pure dark chocolate and topping it with a delicate French sea salt, creating a one-of-a-kind, irresistible treat.
