Natural Products Scandinavia 2013

Now just days away, Natural Products Scandinavia is set to welcome thousands of natural and organic products buyers and retailers when doors open for its second edition at Malmömässan in Malmö, Sweden, on Sunday 20 October (this weekend).

The Nordic region’s only dedicated trade show for the natural health, nutrition, beauty, and self care market, Natural Products Scandinavia (together with its sister event, the newly launched Nordic Organic Food Fair) will feature over 300 of the most innovative natural, organic, fair trade, free-from, and eco-friendly brands in the world.

Reflecting the important role that Scandinavia now plays in many international company’s
expansion strategies, Natural Products Scandinavia has buyers from over 70 countries pre-registered to date.And whilst the majority of prospective attendees are coming from across the Nordic region (including key buyers and managers from leading health stores, pharmacy
chains, wholesalers and distributers), around 30% of visitors will be flying in from all over the world.

Recent announcements from Diversified Business Communications UK, the event’s
organiser, include the final confirmation of conference sessions for this year’s Natural Products Scandinavia Theatre.

Located on the show floor for 2013, the inspiring line-up includes a Keynote from Life
Europe’s managing director Lars Fins. With more retail than ever being carried out online, the session will offer a retailer’s perspective on the nordic region, and discuss strategies for companies to stay on top of their game. ‘From healthy but disgusting to delicious and healthy!’ – will take place at 1.30pm on Monday 21 October.

New Product Showcase

Another show feature that has already generated a wealth of visitor interest is the New
Product Showcase. Current categories include Best Health Food Product, Best Natural Beauty Product, Best Health & Nutrition Product and Best Eco & Sustainable Product. Visitors to the showcase on Sunday 20 October will be able to vote for their favourite products, with the Innovation Award winners to be announced at the show’s complimentary drinks reception taking place at 4.00pm later that day.
