The team behind the bar has sourced more than 100 juniper blends from all corners of the globe, from international award-winning favourites to smaller boutique distillers. The cocktail list is predominantly gin-based, as to be expected, and the bar team is producing as many of its own ingredients as possible. These include their own clear version of Worcester Sauce, cordials and bitters.
