We've once again rounded up some of the exciting new openings in December across the food and beverage industry from around world. Our list this month includes venues from Sydney, London and San Francisco.
Frank Mac's, Sydney
One of the biggest botanical collections is being offered at the newly opened gin and cocktail bar, Frank Mac's. The team behind the bar has sourced more than 100 juniper blends from all corners of the globe, from international award-winning favourites to smaller boutique distillers. The cocktail list is predominantly gin-based, as to be expected, and the bar team is producing as many of its own ingredients as possible. These include their own clear version of Worcester Sauce, cordials and bitters.
