Little Cooler, Sydney
Opened by the Maybe Group who have teamed up with renowned bartender Matt Whiley, Little Cooler is based on American Dive Bars with '80s and '90s influences spanning the music genres of post-punk, hip-hop and rock.
With great tunes and incredible drinks, this spot blends dive bar edge with expertly crafted cocktails, all reimagined through a lens of humour and fun. It's a playful mix of grit and creativity in every glass!

One Prawn & Co, Singapore
One Prawn & Co. is a modern Asian dining experience centred around a woodfire grill. What began as a hawker stall evolved into a cosy coffee shop and eatery, and now stands as a fully-fledged restaurant led by Chef Gwyneth Ang.
With a bold menu motivated by a desire to confront the norms with a quiet defiance, the restaurant embraces an adventurous spirit of discovery and exploration to celebrate the fresh flavours of the ocean.

Bar Snack, New York
Opened in East Village, Bar Snack aims to be a new iteration of the classic neighbourhood bar, by Iain Griffiths and Oliver Cleary.
Serving up cocktails on tap, beers, wines and snacks, the bar is said to offer dressed up classics for dressed down people.

Toast House, Melbourne
Toast House by Irene Lin is situated in Camberwell, Melbourne and is said to be one of the city's most innovative bakeries.
Its signature dish is a pillow shaped loaf that comes in a variety of different flavour duos, such as strawberry and matcha red bean or salted egg custard bun and deep-friend taro dumpling inspired.

Pretty Decent Beer Co, London
Last but not least, the Pretty Decent Beer Co (PDBC) has opened a new taproom in a canal side building in Victoria Park.
Divided into two areas, the space consists of a cosy front bar for quiet pints and date nights, and a lively communal beer hall in the back of the building, with a nostalgic arcade machine and foosball table.
