The food comes under three headings, Raw, Grilled and Flame-Cooked and uses premium ingredients. The menu includes sashimi and sushi, cooked dishes such as miso glazed vegetables, simply cooked seafood along with both Australian and Japanese Wagyu served from a roaming steak trolley.
The bar features Japanese drinks such as Sake and Japanese Whiskies.
Nudibranch, Capitol Hill, Seattle

The coffee shop is styled with strong accents of Thailand, with lots of bright colours and plants. Their espresso coffee beans come from the Chiang Mai region of Thailand; these are roasted locally by Kuma Coffee. They are prepared in-house using techniques that are unique to Emily Sirisup, who is the barista/owner.
Alfred Works, Custard Factory, Birmingham

The Crazy Goose, Brighton
Owned by local restaurateur Raz Helalat, The Crazy Goose has opened in what were his Coal Shed premises.

Drinks include a range of draught beers and cider and a concise menu of cocktails, along with a varied wine list.
Stags Head Steakhouse, Pan Pacific, Singapore
Stags Head Steakhouse is from the team behind Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse and Artemis Grill.
The Stags Head has cooking over live fire, including large-format cooking, wood-fired F1 wagyu along with 'British' cuts. Some steaks are for sharing, including tomahawks and porterhouses, and they are sourced with provenance, butchered in-house and are both wet and dry aged. They are also serving seafood and seasonal vegetables, again inspired by the British Isles. A 'Sunday Roast' is available daily by pre-order.
Diggers Leith, Bernard Street, Edinburgh
The Diggers Leith occupies the former premises of Chancho, a Mexican cocktail bar. It is owned by Claire and Kevin McGhee, who also run the Athletic Arms pub - known locally as "Diggers."
