Each month we track the most exciting new openings across the food and beverage industry, around the world. Check out the best new spots we've covered in November.
St Johns, London
Old favourite St Johns has opened its third venue, heading west to Marylebone. The all-day spot kicks off the morning by pairing their doughnuts with champagne before adding a blackboard with daily specials at lunchtime. Come the evening, further specials are added for dinner. Fergus Henderson describes the new spot as their "first ever wine-led establishment" so expect an expansive wine list with plenty of their own label wines on offer. Dishes include deep fried Welsh Rarebit, bone marrow toast with parsley and middlewhite pork chop with chicory and sorrel.

Kubo, Singapore
The newly opened Kubo is offering its diners a taste of the Philippines. Describing itself as a woodfired kitchen, chef Kurt Sombero is celebrating the diversity of cultures from around the world using traditional Filipino barbecuing techniques. That means rather than using pork in his adobo, he is using quail which he smokes first before finishing it on the grill and serving it with mashed potato with garlic confit. Other highlights include the house-aged duck with pineapple jus and timut peppers and the chicken emotido, a popular festive dish, that's steamed and grilled in a corn husk.

Lola, Hong Kong
A new cocktail bar has opened in Central HK that is focusing on the drinking culture of Spain and Latin America. Lola has been opened by bartender Jassi Singh who has been aided by Arturo Sims' Bar Incubator Program. Singh has created five cocktails for his opening menu, each of which features a type of sherry mixed with an ingredient that pays tribute to Spain's gastronomic wealth. For those who prefer their sherry unadulterated, there is a menu of Spanish sherries to choose from that can be sipped neat. And on the side? A menu of tapas, naturally.

RAFI, Sydney
North Sydney is the new home of RAFI, a restaurant and bar with a sizeable outdoor terrace. It is the latest venue from Applejack, the group behind the likes of Bopp & Tone. Overseeing the kitchen is Patrick Friesen and executive chef, Matias Cilloniz who has come from Central in Peru. Thinking about the way they entertain at home where they serve up a portion of protein with lots of greens, they have created a menu that emulates this. First up there are nine vegetables dishes to choose from which can be mixed and matched with anything on the menu be it wagyu steak or catch of the day or even one of the dishes from the raw section. Simply there are no rules here, just get stuck in and enjoy.
