London's set to see a new concept restaurant open this May focused on serving predominantly risotto, introducing All'onda which is headed for Fitzrovia.
The new restaurant is the brainchild of Cordula Schulz who has also brought in experienced head chef Andrea Granzarolo to lead the kitchen. Granzarolo brings with him a wealth of experience from his time at Hélène Darroze at The Connaught where he spent six years, as well as spending time at London fine dining restaurant The Square and Mayfair's two Michelin starred restaurant The Greenhouse.
Founder Schulz, the passion behind the focus on risotto, is quoted on the new restaurant's website saying: Risotto is one of the most versatile dishes I know - it is like a white canvas, there are endless possibilities.
The signature risotto dishes on the menu include Milanese - saffron, marrow bone, veal; Seppia - cuttlefish, nduja, parsley; Primavera - greens, spring vegetables; Lobster - lobster bisque, tarragon; Artichoke - coffee, black lime, sweetbread.
