Renowned Sydney eatery NOMAD has this weekend launched a new Truffle Brunch menu to celebrate Australian truffle season. From Sunday 12th June NOMAD is serving up a decadent truffle and champagne brunch to customers and it sounds great.
Each dish on the menu is served with 2g Manjimup, WA black truffle, including Three Cheese Manoush; a Ham Hock Hash Brown; Baked Eggs, Wood Roast Tomato, Migas; Smoked Date Glazed Bacon; Wood Roasted Mushrooms, Jerusalem Artichokes, Bagna Cauda, Pinenut; and Wood Roasted Bruny Island Saint, Honeycomb, Crudites.
The plates can also be paired with a delectable drinks menu which includes a NOMAD Bloody Mary, a Seasonal Bellini, a Gimlet Martini, a Champagne Mimosa and an Espresso Martini.
The brunch menu will be available through until Sunday 3rd July, while the Australian truffle season runs from June to September, usually featuring an annual event in Manjimip to kick off the celebration.
