We're delighted to announce the latest addition to our 2019 trends event line up – Dr. Irene Hoffman from the Food & Agriculture Organisation at The United Nations. Dr. Hoffman is a key global influencer on the state of the worlds bio-diversity and how it is, and will into the future effect the food and agriculture sector.

With a diverse career of academic study and research, Dr. Irene Hoffmann joins us while Secretary of the Food & Agriculture Organisation of the United Nation's Commission on Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture. Providing professional insight as to the world's current state of biodiversity within food and agriculture, as well as the resulting challenges which lay ahead of us all.

As the only permanent forum for governments to consider the importance of biodiversity, The Commission on Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture allows for immersive research to produce international consensus upon policies for the sustainable use and conservation of our genetic resources for for and agriculture.
