Tenzing, the plant-based, natural energy drink company, has launched what it claims is the world's "most powerful" natural energy drink, containing 200mg of caffeine.
The new 250ml canned beverage contains 200mg of natural caffeine, 60mg per 100ml, sourced from green coffee and green tea, alongside a mix of cordyceps mushrooms, magnesium and more. The drink comes just in a Fiery Mango flavour at present, available in retail from late July on it's online store, Amazon and Holland and Barrett stores, featuring a blend of mango, ginger and cayenne pepper.
Tenzing's original RTD can contains 32mg per 100ml, making this new Fiery Mango flavour a significant step up in terms of caffeine-content.
Huib van Bockel, Tenzing CEO and founder, said: "It's an epic moment for us launching Super Natural Energy, marking our most significant innovation since the inception of Tenzing. We are taking things to the next level and continuing our disruptive spirit by creating the world's first energy drink infused with functional fungi, showing the real power of plants."
Since announcing its introduction, Tenzing has already had to recall any cans that have been sold or distributed due to a number of cans exploding. The recall of the brand's launch cans, shared with reviewers and content creators, has been made due to 'weak packaging'.
