The Future is Here! 3D Printed Sweets have Arrived in the USA

Katjes Magic Candy Factory, the UK-based company best known for mind-blowingly original conceptual thinking and Dylan's Candy Bar, the world's largest confectionery emporium and lifestyle brand, join together to bring the first 3D candy printer in the world to the United States, with the Magic Candy Factory naming Dylan's Candy Bar the exclusive partner for domestic retail and online sales.

Known for merging the worlds of art, fashion and pop culture with candy, Dylan's Candy Bar can now add high-tech to its credentials. An incredible innovation, the Magic Candy Factory is the only food safe 3D food printer in the market. Not only is it the only 3D printer in the world with plug and play design software, but it is also the fastest in the segment - creating custom sweets in under 5 minutes.

The Magic Candy Factory printer will be featured in-stores and will offer Dylan's Candy Bar customers over 100 different designs to choose from, the ability to write names or special words, draw sweet creations and print greetings on gummy cards to create delicious gifts. Sweet lovers can also select a colour, flavour combination and a unique "magic" finishing added to their own personal masterpiece. The price of the sweet's design is a flat rate of $20 per print, and the gummies are vegan, gluten, as well as dairy free and instead of being made with gelatin, they are made with all natural fruit and vegetable extracts to create something as natural as it is delicious.

These edible sweet treats will roll out in select stores this month, with online availability at DylansCandyBar.com to follow in early June. The launch will culminate in a nationwide consumer weekend celebration June 9th – 10th. Dylan's Candy Bar store debuts include:
