Opening this week is an exciting new cocktail & snack bar on Brixton’s Coldharbour Lane. thefoodpeople were among the lucky few to have a sneak peek at this cool new hang out that will be serving innovative cocktails created using local, seasonal & homegrown ingredients. Be prepared for some unusual, innovative and simply fabulous mixes of cocktail combinations with the likes of chicken stock and Snow Queen Vodka, house smoked salmon with Portobello Road Gin and venison with Woodford Bourbon.
Alongside the extraordinary cocktails comes contemporary bar snacks that we can personally assure you are simply delicious, be prepared for some tasty tartars, carpaccio’s and ceviche’s.

- Jugged peas (for 2) - peashoot & ham infused snow queen vodka, chicken stock, heavy seasoning, fresh mint clarified tomato, lemon, asparagus & chicken skin
- The deer hunter - wood ford bourbon, orange, romeo y julieta bitters, birch sap, venison
- The shrub & shutter – whitley neill gin, green chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, cucumber shrub, toasted fennel sugar, chlorophyll bitters, blowtorched fennel.
