Tomos Parry, the chef behind the popular one Michelin-starred restaurant BRAT, has this July opened his latest eatery - Mountain, in Soho, London, a wood grill and wine bar.
Parry, a former tfp Trend Summit speaker back in 2019, originally launched details of the new restaurant back in March. The restaurant will feature a menu that combines a Spanish influence, reflecting his favourite meals from journeys across Spain over recent years, with his Welsh heritage.
The menu features dishes including Mallorcan sobrasada, whole pink bream, wood-grilled lamb chops, Anglesey lobster caldereta; sides include wood-fired rice and smoked potatoes, with ensaimadas and almond tart on the dessert menu.
Mountain is said to feature a large open plan kitchen and counter bar area, with a second bar also on site downstairs where the drinks list includes Vermouth on tap. Find out more about the new Mountain restaurant on Instagram.
