Set in a quiet side street just one minute's walk from Oxford Circus, Mioli's concept of an open-all-day 'Degustation Osteria' (Deg-o) offers a less formal timeframe in which to enjoy the pleasure of both gastronomic osteria-style dishes and a careful selection of fine wines.
Contemporary in design and cool in vibe, Dego Wine Bar and Restaurant is perfect to chill and enjoy a glass or bottle from an extensive and carefully selected wine and champagne list.
The dramatic interiors have been designed around the theme of 'The Power of Red' to symbolise the vivid colour of meat and wine. From the suede and leather mosaics lining the walls to the crimson marble imported from Vicenza and inserted into the stairs, the colour adds a theatrical contrast to the restaurant's dark wood and ambient lighting.
